Weight loss

After plateauing and then popping up 5 pounds, I managed to drop 6 pounds in the past week.  Whew!  Back on track.

I'm glad you're back on track. It's not easy to maintain a consistent weight, especially if there's a change in your regular routine or hormones come into play.
Hormone fluctuations don't really play a role for me anymore because I'm postmenopausal, thank joss. Menopause is something to look forward to, not something to fear. :)
