Vertigo Sucks!

I have had vertigo off and on for about nine years. It has been bad this year, and especially bad for the past few months. I went to the specialist last week (after waiting ten months for the appointment). He did hearing tests and then determined that my vertigo stems from calcium crystals getting into the wrong channels in my left ear. The good news is that this can be easily remedied by a series of exercises. It took several days and attempts, but I have now been completely vertigo free for 24 hours. That the first time in over a year that I have had no vertigo symptoms at all.
