There is just over a month left before Polaris 21, the fan-run sci-fi convention in Toronto. I'm wearing the same costume as last year, so I'm pretty much ready. I have also finalized the costume my friend (lazigyrl) will be wearing, so she's pretty much ready.
All we have left is to make petticoats for the saris we plan to wear to the Saturday night dance. Oh, and I have to finish the choli (blouse) for mine. I guess we need to get moving. I have been so concerned about travel arrangements to the family reunion in August that I forgot about the preparations for July's convention. Oops.
We'll get everything done, even if lazigyrl has to finish hand-sewing in the car.
